Communication and Availability

I understand that reporting is a 24/7 business and that to best foster a trusting, positive relationship between court reporter and scopist, consistent and timely communication is key. I will respond promptly to acknowledge receipt of work or answer questions any time of day or day of the week through email or phone; however, for purposes of turnaround time, M-F are my business days.

Invoices

New clients will be invoiced after their first job is completed. Repeat clients will be sent invoices on the 1^st and 15^th of each month. Payment is due within two weeks of an invoice.
Payments may be received through Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and personal checks.

Referral Discount

I truly appreciate the compliment of a referral and would like to return the favor! For every new reporter you refer to me who submits a transcript, I will happily discount you 10 pages on your next standard turnaround transcript.
